A quick look at our upcoming Shabbat and special services
Friday January 17th at 8:00 PM MLK Shabbat Guest Speaker: Max Tortorello-Allen Join us as we celebrate the Shabbat and take note of the importance of social justice through song. During this special service, we will reflect on the values taught by Dr. King through his own words. Additionally, we will hear Max Tortorello-Allen share his journey and how he views Dr. King's dream. Throughout the evening, we will also hear from our choir, as they help us gain an appreciation for Dr. King's values through song. All are welcome to help fill our friendly sacred space. __________________________
Friday January 24th at 8:00 PM Shabbat Service Celebrate the spirit and joy of Shabbat with your Beth Am family. On this night, we will read from Torah portion Va-eira. Come learn about free will and how it relates to the hardening of Pharaoh’s heart. The beauty and thrill of the day are open to congregants and non-congregants alike. Rejoice with us.
