Registration and Payment extended to April 7th

Dinner includes appetizers, soup, buffet meal and dessert
if you would like, bring your favorite Seder plate to fill and use during the seder

so that office receives it by April 7. Pink forms are also on the office door.

       Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given after April 4.

Be sure that you select continue on the bottom and complete the payment information.  Your registration is not submitted until you see the message that your registration was submitted AND you receive a confirmation email.

If it is after April 7 and Registration below is closed (please do NOT fill out if you can register online below)

Until noon on Saturday, April 8  please e-mail Joan Poulin .  In this case (and also if you miss the April 8 noon deadline to email), please bring a check made out to Temple Beth Am for the appropriate amount and give to Joan Poulin  as soon as you arrive.

Charges are:
Adults and children ages 13 and up: Members $51 each, Non-Members $56 each
Children ages 5-12: Members $26 each, Non-Members $31 each
Children under 5: Free
