WJCS Autism Initiative is asking for your input in order to create meaningful programs for young Jewish adults (ages 18-35) on the Autism Spectrum.  Join us for pizza, dessert and brainstorming sessions on:

Jewish Music & Arts Festival - Sunday, July 28 at Kensico Dam Plaza 12-6PM

The Westchester Jewish Council is proud to be co-sponsoring this event with the Westchester County Parks Departmentl.  Co-sponsors include The Westchester Klezmer Program,  Kol Hazzanim - The Cantors of Westchester, and  the Workmen’s Circle. 

            We are very excited about participating in the festival and expect to have a great turnout.  The festival is free and open to the public and is rain or shine.

The festival will feature headliner The Afro-Semitic Experience, as well as The Westchester Klezmer Program, Sruli & Lisa Family Band, Kol Rinah, and Mama Doni.  There will be loads of fun family activities, including Mega Bubble Man and Face Painting by “Making Faces Parties."  Food will be available for purchase. 


We are excited to announce that the URJ Kesher will be offering 25 trips departing throughout May, June, July, August and November...and registration has been extended for anyone who still wants to join a trip this summer!

If someone you know is eligible and not yet registered, please encourage them to apply now for Taglit-Birthright Israel with URJ Kesher at

The program is open to Jewish young adults, ages 18-26 and who have never been to Israel on a peer program. The URJ Kesher experience embraces the values of Reform Judaism.
